PingCy is a marketplace platform. Venues publish time-limited offers on their own unsold capacity; PingCy delivers those offers to nearby members and issues redemption codes. The venue, not PingCy, is the seller of every meal, seat, or service, sets its own prices, and is responsible for what it serves.
Every discount claim is measured against a reference price the venue attests as its lowest price for that item in the prior 30 days, in line with Cyprus consumer law. If you believe a reference price is wrong, tell us and we will investigate.
Invitations are time-limited and personal. Passing on an offer, or not seeing one in time, never carries any penalty and never affects your standing. Ordering within a membership tier favours members with the fewest real chances that month. Accept limits and per-venue cooldowns exist to keep the system fair for everyone.
A redemption code is single-use, time-bound, and valid only for the offer it was issued for. You pay the venue directly at the discounted price. A venue may cancel an issued claim before redemption; a cancellation is never a mark against you.
You must be 18 or older. One account per person. Accounts used to abuse the service (resale of codes, fake redemptions, harassment of venues or members) can be suspended. You can delete your account at any time in Account.
PingCy provides the platform as is and is not a party to the transaction between you and a venue. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law grants you and cannot be waived. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus.
